Backed by a combined 26 years of experience, Rougeux & Associates provides mediation and arbitration services to clients, parties, and other attorneys. Our team is here to help parties find creative solutions to resolve their disputes in mediation. Or, if selected as your arbitrator, we can offer an expeditious alternative to the trial process while applying extensive and unbiased knowledge of the law to the facts at issue.
Mediation
Rougeux & Associates offers flexible and efficient mediation services to businesses and litigants. Our team can host your mediation at an agreed-upon location or come to you. Mediations can be half-day or full-day.
Natalie Rougeux and Lilia Marek are trained in mediation by the University of Texas School of Law Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution. In addition, Natalie Rougeux is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, lecturer at Texas State University teaching Human Resources, and an Assistant Magistrate Judge for Comal County, Texas. Both Natalie Rougeux and Lilia Marek are also certified Human Resources professionals. Together, they bring a combined total of 26 years of experience in litigating and resolving workplace disputes.
Finally, while mediations are most commonly thought of in the context of litigation, our team also has experience with mediating in non-traditional settings, such as workplace disputes among supervisors and co-workers and family business disputes.
Arbitration
Natalie Rougeux is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, works as lecturer at Texas State University teaching Human Resources, is a certified Human Resources professional, and is a Magistrate Judge for Comal County Texas.
Natalie will use this experience to efficiently manage the arbitration process and apply the applicable law in a non-biased manner to the facts at issue. Arbitrations will be conducted at a location that is mutually selected by the parties.
